With us finally brunch is not only on Saturday or Sunday because it is a great way to relax and refuel on vitamins and nutrients whenever we want to have energy to explore the world. Of course, we do something a little healthier than a typical brunch and offer many delicious options to choose from, recipes that everyone will love. The only brunch in Barolo! BOOK

Brunch is perfect if you're wandering around the magnificent Langhe area because it allows you to wake up a little later and have both breakfast and lunch together and therefore, have more time to visit places during the rest of the day.

At Bosco delle Galline Volanti we use all the vegetables from our garden and the seasonal fruit that we pick from our small fruit bushes. From these, we prepare not only smoothies, juices, and colorful and varied salads, but many complete, tasty and even light preparations. Then there's honey, milk, yogurt, cured meats, and cheeses from small Langhe companies with which we network, and the classic cafeteria so you don't miss out on a coffee or cappuccino with homemade cake. Brunch here in Barolo is a great way to fill up on vitamins and minerals and therefore start the day right.

For us, social relationships, friendship and being together are essential for a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. And so we think that there is nothing more beautiful and fun than a brunch with friends. But if you also add a little nature and two trips in the open air then it's really paradise!

Therefore, if you want, you can join us and also visit us in the garden, where we will accompany you on a visit to our very special reality, completely focused on the most rigorous respect for the soil and the entire environmental system, we cultivate with the dictates of permaculture. BOOK

You will see our small food-forest experiment in which there is a small pond and a large spiral of herbs.

Adjacent to the food forest is the vegetable garden area where the many types of vegetables, herbs, and flowers alternate thanks to the principles of synergistic agriculture and intercropping. Then there is a greenhouse used mainly for edible flowers.

During the visit we will show you all these cultivated areas, explaining how we take care of them. At the end of the visit, we will move to the farmhouse in Barolo to taste all the beautiful products that you will have seen in the garden, depending on the season it will be possible to directly collect some vegetables and herbs to eat them in the farmhouse. BOOK

THE BASKET OF THE FARMERS at a special price!

At our farmhouse, you can buy various agricultural products such as our vegetables, jams, preserves in oil, cheeses, hazelnuts, honey, wine, and cured meats. If you wish you can order in advance, by booking this activity, the farmers' basket at a special price, it will be a great way to support local companies and at the same time bring home genuine products made with passion. The basket contains:
1 Barolo salami, 1 Raschera cheese, 2 flavors of cheese jams, 1 package of round hazelnuts, all for €20.00 instead of €30.00.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

By booking online, up to 2 days before the event, it is possible to decide whether to pay only the deposit to secure seats (the deposit is 20% of the total) or the total.
On the two days before the event it is only possible to book by paying the total amount.
The deposit, as well as the entire sum, will be returned if the reservation is canceled within 2 days of the date of the event. On the other hand, the deposit will be retained if the cancellation is made in the 2 days preceding the date of the event.

TIPS FOR THE VISIT

In case of good weather, we recommend that you bring a hat, sunscreen, and insect protection, and we also recommend clothing and footwear suitable for walking comfortably on the dirt road and in the grass. Bring bottles of water with you or request them from us before leaving for the garden. For children, we recommend a change in case they get dirty during activities in contact with the earth.

IN CASE OF RAIN

In case of rain, the visit to the garden cannot be done but, instead, there will be a guided tour of the interesting museum on soil fertility which is present in our headquarters in Barolo. If it rained the previous day, the visit can be done, but it is recommended to have boots or shoes suitable for walking in the presence of mud and wet grass. Again, for children, we recommend a change.
