Let's celebrate together the opening of the new 2023 season in our farmhouse in Barolo!
To start happy we thought we'd make fun of ourselves (the irony is a powerful antidote against life's sadness) by making April Fools' Day with salt dough.

Salt dough is a classic craft material that has been used for generations to make decorative but also functional objects. It's incredibly easy to make and requires just a few basic ingredients: flour, salt, and water. Dough can be used to make a variety of items and is a great way to keep children entertained and help develop their fine motor skills.
In our salt dough, we will add natural scents and colors, picked directly from the garden where we will take a nice walk together.

Lunch is based on typical products and dishes prepared by us, accompanied by our soft drinks, or wines from the historic family cellar.

Below are the various options and their prices

lunch at the farmhouse adult €29.00

lunch at the agritourism for children under 12 €18.00

The cost includes the activity of salt dough processing, as well as a visit to the vegetable garden (to be selected on the booking form if you wish to do so) and a soft drink included

only visit to the garden without activities and lunch €5.00 (both adults and children)

This is the price for the visit to the garden only without activities and lunch, in this case, the visit to the garden will take place when a minimum number of participants is reached.

Continuing with the booking, you can indicate, for each participant, the type of menu they want: traditional, vegetarian, or vegan and you can report any allergies.

THE FARMERS' BASKET at a special price!

At our farmhouse you can buy various agricultural products such as our vegetables, jams, preserves in oil, cheeses, hazelnuts, honey, wine, and cured meats. If you wish you can order in advance, by booking this activity, the farmers' basket at a special price, it will be a great way to support local companies and at the same time bring home genuine products made with passion. The basket contains:
1 Barolo salami, 1 Raschera cheese, 2 jams of different flavors for cheeses, 1 jar of gianduja cream, all for €20.00 instead of €30.00.


By booking online, up to 2 days before the event, it is possible to decide whether to pay only the deposit to secure seats (the deposit is 20% of the total) or the total.
In the two days before the event it is only possible to book by paying the total amount.
The deposit, as well as the entire sum, will be returned if the reservation is canceled within 2 days of the date of the event. On the other hand, the deposit will be retained if the cancellation is made in the 2 days preceding the date of the event.


In case of good weather, we recommend that you bring a hat, sunscreen and insect protection, and we also recommend clothing and footwear suitable for walking comfortably on the dirt road and in the grass. Bring bottles of water with you or request them from us before leaving for the garden. For children we recommend a change in case they get dirty during activities in contact with the earth.


In case of rain, the visit to the garden cannot be done but, instead, there will be a guided tour of the interesting museum on soil fertility which is present in our headquarters in Barolo. If it rained the previous day, the visit can be done, but it is recommended to have boots or shoes suitable for walking in the presence of mud and wet grass. Again, for children we recommend a change.
