Onions always inspire a certain fear, fear that flower appears at any moment and zac I'm screwed, but this year all went ripening without big problems, some remained tiny.

Now I have collected a first part and I'm doing it dry, the second part I will gather in the waning moon, days of the root and in the afternoon, to see if biodynamic dictates make a real difference in terms of conservation.

After being harvested I left ten days on a grid raised well apart from each other, when they were quite dry I tied in bunches and hung to dry some more, always in the shadow (a porch that's great) possibly in a through warm air.
